Registration for the Spring 2019 season is NOW OPEN!


Winter Workouts Begin January 6th! 


Every year, we hold optional Winter Workouts on Sundays throughout January, February, and March. These workouts are for new and returning players in grades 3-6.  These workouts focus on conditioning and lacrosse fundamentals.  


The workouts will be held at Wooster's Grove Gymnasium in Walden, NY according to the following schedule:

  • 9:00 - 10:15     3/4 Girls
  • 10:30 -12:00    5/6 Girls
  • 12:00 - 1:00     Goalie Training Sessions 
  • 1:00 - 2:30       5/6 Boys
  • 2:45 - 4:00       3/4 Boys


Winter Workouts will be held on the following dates: 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/24, 3/3, and 3/10. (Winter Workouts will not be held on 2/17 as it is a holiday weekend.)


These workouts are FREE; however, your child must be registered for the Spring 2019 season to attend.  You do not need to be paid in full, but your child's US Lacrosse membership must be up to date (for insurance purposes).


Please RSVP - You will get a separate email reminder each week for the workouts. This email will remind you of the time for your workout and ask you to RSVP.  Please try to take a moment and do this each week so we have an idea of numbers.  This helps the coaches plan drills and activities.  Coaches volunteer their time to run these workouts.  As such, if attendance is low for a certain age group, the schedule may change and groups may be combined.  If this occurs, an email with an updated schedule will be sent.  


*Please note, the gym will be limited to players and coaches only.  Parents are asked to wait outside or in the lobby during practice time.  This is for your safety.*


Full equipment is required.  Please have your child wear sneakers (no cleats) and send them with plenty of water
