Our mission is to promote the growth of youth lacrosse by providing young athletes an opportunity to learn, participate and compete. We emphasize safety, sportsmanship, teamwork and respect for the game and other players.

Winter Workouts have begun!  They take place every Sunday at Wooster's Grove Gym in Walden (behind the ice cream stand).  Please see the schedule below for your workout time:

 

11:00-12:00 3rd-6th Girls

12:15-1:15 3rd/4th Boys

1:30-3:00 5th/6th Boys

3:15-4:45 7th/8th Boys

 

*Please note that if you are not registered, you CANNOT attend Winter Workouts.  This is due to insurance reasons.  If you are not registered, you are not covered under our insurance and we cannot risk that liability.

 

**Parents and siblings are asked to wait outside or drop off and pick up for Winter Workouts.  The gym is small and there is too high a risk of injury to spectators.  We will not have chairs out this year due to safety concerns and so that we can maximize the space of the gym.

 

***Please also note that K-2 will not have Winter Workouts.  Their season will begin in late March / early April (depending on weather).
